Terms of Service
Last Updated: September 2026
Welcome to Stairlift Install Pros. By accessing our website, booking our independent technical services, or utilizing our consumer guides, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. Scope of Independent Mechanical Support
Stairlift Install Pros provides independent third-party manual assembly, structural track mounting, and mechanical calibration support for consumer-purchased straight stairlifts (specifically optimized for the AmeriGlide Rave 2 model).
We are independent technicians. We do not sell, distribute, or inventory the physical stairlift units. Customers are entirely responsible for purchasing their own hardware via our provided links or external marketplaces prior to our arrival.
2. Flat-Rate Service Limitations ($149 Parameters)
Our flat-rate promotional installation fee of $149 is contingent upon strict residential environmental constraints. Additional fees or custom quotes will apply if the site conditions violate these baseline terms:
Straight Run Bounds: The installation area must be a single, continuous, straight residential staircase up to 15 feet with zero curves, intermediary landings, or custom directional turns.
Standard Material Mounting: The structural stair treads must be made of standard residential wood or carpeted wood. Masonry, brick, concrete, steel, or tile stairs are strictly excluded from the flat rate due to advanced masonry anchoring requirements.
Dedicated Electrical Access: A working, code-compliant 110V grounded electrical outlet must be permanently available within 10 feet of either the top or bottom terminal of the track system to power the integrated battery charging contacts.
3. Liability Limitations & Warranty Disclaimers
Hardware Faults: Because the equipment is sourced directly by the consumer via third-party marketplaces, Stairlift Install Pros is not liable for manufacturer defects, missing parts out of the box, shipping delays, or component failures.
Structural Modifications: Any modifications made to your staircase treads or residential flooring during standard mounting bracket installation are permanent.
Compliance: Customers are responsible for verifying local residential building codes or HOA guidelines prior to scheduling mechanical work.
4. Payment Protocols
Our $149 flat-rate service fee is due immediately upon the successful structural mounting, electronic calibration, and physical safety-testing of the equipment on the day of service. We accept cash or standard electronic payments as designated by the local onsite technician.
